In a 12 team SF Dynasty startup . Had 1.01 picked Lamar. With 2.12 I plan on taking MHJ if available. I however am considering packaging the 2.12 and other picks to move into the late 1st to secure a top receiver. What should I offer?

I wouldn't do that, start up drafts are different from redraft, there is a lot of talent in later rounds, a few years ago my first picks were Allen, Ekler, Barkley, Diggs, and don't normally trade up in a start up
