10T SF TEP A: Penix B: Bucky

Bucky unless your QB room is bad

man, I love Bucky, but in a 10 team SF I would take Penix, I expect his value to go up a good bit before next season and I like what I saw of him, he looks like a long term quarterback to me running backs are volatile, their career is just a lot shorter, they are injured more and replaced more often than other positions
