Seems pretty fair. The stuff under team 2 seems better for a rebuild, yeah. There’s actually a chance you could get better for the 1.01 after the draft, but probably not by a lot.

Meaning, it wouldn’t surprise me that you could get the 1.04, 1.05, and 1.10 for the 1.01 after the draft (without also having to add the 1.12).
