Putting together a solid coaching staff, specifically OC and offensive line coach bears have plenty of draft capital and cap space. Building a solid offensive line in front of Caleb Williams is paramount!

Absolutely nothing. He’s a rookie head coach going into a situation I love but know is not the greatest. If he can put together a great staff and find a guru or be that leader to Caleb we will have sustained winning
