What are your expectations for Bears HC Ben Johnson in Year 1?
.500 or below
The expectation for first year head coach Benjamin Johnson will be incredibly high given the city of Chicago and the quarterback that franchise has in place. That being said, it will be tough to meet these lofty expectations soon due to the lack of an offensive line and the inability shown by the GM to draft good players on the offensive line. I fear impatience from not immediate meeting unseasonably high expectations will hurt the former Lions playcaller’s chances at sticking around for the long haul. If there was more patience to properly develop the quarterback, might be a success story. But the expectations will be high this year and they will not be met this year simply for the inability to get the OL right, and that’s before we get into the difficulty of making playoffs in this league etc.
