lol, here we go with expectations again, and it's not even a super hero can't miss player like Bijan, MHJ, Caleb, lol... if I was the Bears owner, I would look for improvement, simple as that sounds, I want to see Caleb approaching his full potential and I want to see a good relationship between the two, win loss record doesn't mean as much to me as seeing the defense getting the other team off the field on third down, 16th place finish isn't good enough, and I want to see a ball control run game, to open up the pass game and take some of the pressure off my young QB, I want wins obviously and expect wins if what I just listed is accomplished, but if I see all this, I consider it a successful season regardless of our record, that's a first year only break I'm willing to give, the second year is time to start winning
