Not many know or remember he was the Linebackers Coach in Dallas before he was DC in Indy. He's actually a damn good Defensive mind. TERRIBLE Head Coach though.

Obviously Jerry is putting together a staff he can have full control over throughout the season. I wouldn’t be surprised if we have another awful season
