That really depends on your other quarterbacks, Puka is a much better fantasy investment than Hill, and the 1.04 won't go down in value, you can score closer to the beginner of next year by trading it or grab a rookie you like

1QB - 12 Team - Half-PPR Dynasty RB: Jacobs, Najee, Etienne, Brooks WR: Puka, Nabers, MHJ, Rome, Rashee, Aiyuk Super early but wanting to start thinking about potential moves for next year.
